PROVEX CT 10 is the main marination blend used for chicken and chicken doner. When the producer uses CT 10, no extra additives are required. It eliminates drying and dripping problems under the fire. It leaves the meat soft and makes slicing easy. 100 KG Chicken, 3 KG CT 10, 28 Liters of Water, 1 KG Salt, 1 KG Spices, Final Product - 133 KG. If the water ratio is to be increased further, the CT 10 ratio is increased or used with BOOSTER.
